Music Tracking & Artist Representation
Porche Media Group is partnered with Voice One Media and Marketing to give Independent Artists the
opportunity to offer all Neilsen BDS/Billboard reporting stations your music for airplay in their rotation. We
offer the following service to you and report your statistics via email each week.

Encode your music with Neilsen BDS

Register your music with Neilsen BDS Going For ADDS

Create a campaign using your Reverbnation, TuneCore, or other Internet material

We will create a Email Blast Campaign to shop your music to all Billboard Reporting Stations

We will follow up daily by Email, phone, and Music Tracker to promote progress of your product
We use Neilsen Music Tracker to monitor the progress of your encoded music and promote positive
movement up the Billboard Chart. There is no guarantee that your music will make the Billboard Chart;
however, you are guaranteed not to make the chart if you don’t promote it professionally.
We take you through the entire process from registering your information with Neilsen BDS to adding your
product to Neilsen BDS/Going For Adds side that will allow all reporting stations to get your music first and
is endorsed by them.
All music will be solicited via email to all reporting stations and several key supporting terrestrial and
Internet radio stations across the U. S. and Canada. You will receive a weekly report and tutoring from us.

Phil is a 30-year broadcast professional with a degree in Broadcast Communications and Television Production from International
College of Broadcasting. He began his radio broadcast career at WIZE-AM radio in Springfield, Ohio. He has also worked at Cox
Communications, Inc., WDTN-TV Ch. 2 and WROU-FM in Dayton, Ohio. His experience includes Assistant Program Director,
Assistant Music Director, On-Air Personality, television News Editor, and is currently the Program Director for Internet-based
Christian/Gospel radio station, The New Praise Radio. Fortunately, he has been able to work in the same market during his tenure
at these media outlets and gained a wealth of experience doing so. He is the “voice” for PMG’s production and imaging as well as
other experienced vocal talent.
In addition to his broadcasting career, Phil is an accomplished vocalist with over 25 years of experience and over 10 years of
professional recording experience. He is currently a member of the international independent gospel recording artist, The Hebrew
Children (Dayton, OH) since 1996 where he serves as background and lead vocalist. His vocal range is alto/tenor/baritone. He has
the versatility to sing R & B, gospel, traditional gospel, Christian and inspirational (just to name a few). He has the vocal capability

Naticia Porche, Owner/C.O.O./Vocal Coach
Naticia has over 20-years of vocal coaching experience who possesses the skill set and qualifications to teach individuals how to sing
correctly. She teaches vocal techniques that enhances each student’s ability to apply each technique properly. Every student
receives a vocal assessment which determines the student’s vocal ability. Naticia has experience with coaching individuals, choirs and
ensembles both youth and adult.
Naticia offers vocal coaching services for artists during their recording sessions (if the artist chooses to use this service). During
these sessions, the artist is taught different techniques to enhance their vocal recording ability that best suits the project.
Naticia is an accomplished vocalist with over 25 years of experience and over 10 years of professional recording experience and a
praise and worship leader. She has the ability to arrange compositions to have up to 8 part harmonies (depending upon the need of
the song). Naticia has the vocal capability to sing different genres. She has the ability to listen to the composition and dissect it to
ensure that the best harmonies are added to each song.
Currently, she is the vocal coach and director for national independent recording artist, The Hebrew Children.

Power Inspirations is a radio show designed to entertain, uplift and inspire. Playing the best gospel and
inspirational music with a mix of music that spans from the early 80’s through the 90’s and current gospel and
inspirational hits. Each week there are music spotlights on artists of the week including independent and national
recording artists. Also, there are spotlights on the pastor of the week with an emphasis on ministry and their
contribution to the community.

Power Inspirations is the brain child of Kenneth Ray Tevis, Sr., a.k.a “Kenny Ray The D.J.”. Kenny’s broadcast career
spans nearly four (4) decades. He is a former on-air personality on WDAO-FM 107.7 and WROU-FM 92.1. Kenny gained
sales and marketing experience at WROU-Radio, WRGT-TV Fox 45 and WKEF-TV ABC 22, all in the Ohio valley market.
He now heads up KRT Network Marketing Media Group based in Atlanta, Georgia and syndicated radio station, Big
Station KRT!
